What medication? SOme suppress healing and are counterproductive to these exercises and also these exercises increase circulation thus increasing by a little the effect of any drug in the body if the exercise is done all day long. WHich meds do you take or if you want you can PM me about it.

If so then Aranda shouldnt do these exercises for more than five mnutes here and five minutes there because overdose is possible as I said. Five minutes a few times a day with the staring at your hand Aranda, the healing will be cumulative , progressive as it was for me with these methods, so it will just take you longer. Is it warfarin , couimarin or other blood thinner, did yu have a hemoragheic stroke or a blocked artery one. I am not prescribing as I am not an MD and such would be illegal, but just telling you what I know and you can ask your Doc about what i am saying before you try it.
