There is so much activity going on around here, I can't help it! I've gotta join in!  This site is pretty amazing, and very exciting! I have been lurking around for a couple of weeks, enjoying and benefiting from all the discussions before deciding to really jump in and get my feet wet!
I was hesitant at first because I thought that I wasn't much into the information offered by Elias, and I've realized now how wrong I had been in that self-assessment.
If we're to talk about spook background, I started with Seth, then Kris, and then Elias. And in all honesty, I don't think I can continue in my explorations if I don't allow these three "spooks" to resonate with me. I am one of those who can only see how they all complement and enhance each other. I did not see it that way last week, but last week is last week, and today is today….. the more I AAA or NIRAA or accept Self - whatever you want to call it, the effects do bring a shift in perspective, so I fully expect my personal "where I'm coming from" to continually change as I do….
I'd like to express a deep appreciation and a big *THANK YOU* to all who are a part of this forum, like I said, I have been lurking, and have found your conversations entertaining and beneficial. Looking forward to interacting with you all.

Warm loving welcome, Lisa! Markus, are you saying you have only three focuses in this dimension and Lisa too? If so, you are in good company with Sathya Sai Baba, the saint from India famous for his healings and miracles, he too has only three focuses, E stamped, one in the past, his current one, and the future one he talks about.

And I'm sorry for the confusion…..it's so much fun to wonder and speculate isn't it?
Actually, I'm not sure if it means anything, but Kris intoned my Essence name as Lauromar and Markus' as Laurimar. It was Marky Mark who had mentioned that to me, so I contacted Markus to see if we had any similarities. Kris never said we were from the same Essence, and I have not asked.
I have never had a session with Elias, so I don't know what name my energies would translate to, in Elias' perception, or if we are even fragments.
One thing I do know is that Markus shares his 2 intonations with 2 other people.
I feel many similarities and resonances with Markus, and have accepted them as such. Is it because I'm looking for them? Possibly. But I felt them even before I knew our intonations were similar, but I guess in the concept of "no time" that may not mean anything, either. I just finished reading session 13, and here's a couple of excerpts:

So I guess the only thing that is clear (to me anyways) is that Markus and I have chosen similar Essence names perceived by Kris, and Markus and Mike have done the same as perceived by Elias. If anyone knows anything else about Essence names, or transcripts I could read, I would love to investigate some more!
Because it could also be that I chose a similar name as Markus' just so I could meet all you wonderful people and join this forum!
